In Team Foundation Server 2008 there is a new licensing policy that enables limited TFS access so that it is now possible to let the customers do bug reporting for example. Microsoft now have a first CTP of a limited Team System Web Access tool called Work Item Web Access (read more in bharry's post here). Bharry also blogs about a new spec for a Send Mail form TFS feature coming in SP1 which covers a common scenario where you want to send a list of work items to someone.
