PDC Day Five: Interacting with Microsoft employees

This has been an awesome day. I have got some great opportunities to discuss different things with people from Microsoft. First, during the day, I was able to get a long (about 1-1½ hour) one-to-one chat with Don Smith from the p&p team about a security solution I have tried to develop. A Security Infrastructure Service as a Security Token Service (STS). We had a great discussion about what I wanted to do and why. Don listened and gave me feedback and when we finished up we went together over to the Indigo team and discussed it and verified it with one of the Indigo team members.
In the evening during "Ask the expert" I first had my meal together with some of the guys in the WSE team. When we finished that, me and Siddharth from the team debugged some of my code that I had problem with (for the STS service). It's difficult to tell how much I appreciated this. The funny thing is that Siddharth actually seemed to enjoy it too.
So today I spent about 2-3 hours alone with different Microsoft people … what can I say? Thank you guys!
