BizTalk

Today I was on a presentation by Alan Smith about BizTalk (arranged by Swedish .NET User Group). Unfortunately I missed the first half hour because of traffic and this was the part with most of the theory. The last hour Alan spent on demos. I liked his presentation and realized once again (as so many times before) that I really need to learn a lot more about BizTalk. My impression though is that it is also a farley complex product and Alan himself thought that it would take around one year of using before you really starts to get up to speed with it. Do you have any experiences with starting to learn BizTalk? I still believe that I really need to get going with this at least when BizTalk 2006 arrives.
